In order to maintain
security on site during night hours (from 9pm till 7am) we opted for restricting free 24-hour
access for the tenants. Since we know that some tenants may need night
and early morning access to storage units we can provide 24-hr access for
these customers:
- Free for a certain
day or period of time. The tenant shall
notify the manager during
office hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm; Sat 9:00am-5:00pm) regarding
request for 24-hour access to the property.
