Purchasers must:
- Buy everything in the storage unit.
- Remove all contents from the property within 24hrs of the sale unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- Accept goods “as-is”.
- Pay cash for items purchased.
- Return all personal/legal papers, pictures, deeds, birth certificates, etc. to the facility manager in a timely manner.
Sale of storage units/lockers:- All bidders will be directed to the storage unit, the lock and the seal/tag will be removed to allow all bidders to view the contents from the door.
- An opening bid is established and the highest bidder gets all the contents for the winning price.
- Each bid will be recorded for each unit sold.
After the sale:- Immediately after the sale of the last unit the cash payments will be collected from the winning bidders.
- Each buyer will be given a written receipt of sale.
- Each buyer will also receive a bill of sale at the recorded address obtained during the sign-in.
- Information will be sent to the collection agency for all non-payers.
- Anyone violating these or any other rules of the facility will be banned from the future auctions.
