None of this information is used for marketing purposes, nor leaves B&R Mini Storage's internal computer networks. Such information is retained solely for the purpose of providing unit request/reservation for a potential customer and is discarded as soon as such request is canceled or abandoned. What Information Do You Gather About Me? We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or unit request we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order which may include, but not be limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title, credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number. We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. We may use your email address to inform you about current offers or events. We will never sell individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Actual unit sizes may vary from approximate size estimate. Please inspect any unit before renting. Online pricing available only for online reservations and rentals. Refunds Move-out refund may be issued upon request if the customer account remains in good standing. This includes, and is not limited to the following: the tenant notified the management about an upcoming move-out according to the terms of the lease; the rental space was left in a clean condition, swept up, without any stains on the floor, walls and the ceiling; there was no damage to the rental space, buildings or other property; the rental space did not contain any items left by the tenent; the tenant completed the move-out before the rent was due for another rental period; the tenant's account did not have prior late fees and all rent payments were made on time; the tenant, or anyone associated with the tenant, did not cause any trouble for the management during the lease period. All refunds are processed on the case-by-case basis. In the event your account was overcharged due to an office error, we will refund your money after you notify the management of the discrepancy. For Merchandise Sales we will accept the return for a refund of any unopened and unused merchandise within the first 60 days of purchase. A receipt is required to return the merchandise.
