The undersigned will sell at the public sale by competitive online bidding on 11/30/2023 at 10:00am the contents of the storage units listed below. The said property is currently stored at B&R Mini Storage, 615 7th Avenue, Longview, County of Cowlitz, State of Washington.

Video recordings of the inventory of each unit and the description of the contents obtained from a casual observation are listed below.

Bidding Process:

• Winning bids must be paid at the end of sale in full using cash or debit card.
• Storage unit contents are sold "as-is" without any refunds or returns.
• Each sale is subject to cancelation in the event of a settlement between the storage facility and the obligated party.
• If you have any questions or concerns, make sure to contact us first before you bid.
• Bidders violating the rules of our facility will be banned from our future auctions.

Winning Bidder Must:

• Buy everything in the storage unit.
• Remove all contents from the property within 72 hrs after the end of sale, unless other arrangements were made in advance.
• Return all personal/legal papers, pictures, deeds, birth certificates, ID cards to the facility manager in a timely manner.

Sale of Storage Units:

• The sale is conducted online only via public bidding. There will be no live auction on site!
• Please review and follow the rules of an online auction house.

After the Sale:

• The winning bidder must contact the manager of the facility within a few hours after the sale to make a full payment, and to arrange the date and time when they will be able to collect storage unit contents.
• The winning bidder will be required to present their valid picture ID before they can collect storage unit contents.
• The winning bidder will be given a written receipt of sale.
• The winning bidder will be provided a gate code to access our facility for the time needed to collect storage unit contents.
